A challenge dedicated to helping you get fit for summer in a fun and competitive way!
- The challenge will run on a point system.
- There will be colour based teams and a Team captain and co- captain.
- You will earn points by completing group challenges, completing your weekly goals, exercising etc.
- Based on your goals, I will assign you all goals to earn bonus points every week.
- Within the team -upon the request- there will be a buddy system to keep you accountable to someone (I will assign you someone with similar goals/height/age etc.)
- The challenge runs for the 18 weeks leading up to summer.
- This challenge is for EVERYONE- It’s impartial to age, fitness, disability. The only thing required is that you are doing this healthily (Not starving yourself, purging, over exercising etc.)

- Message me your current weight, if you are interested in the buddy system, height, age, time zone, interested in being a captain or co-captain and your goal (Tone up/ Lose Weight/ Gain weight)
The challenge starts on February the 6th and the date for the last applications is the 4th of February.
